How active 

are you?

It is suggested children and young people get at least 60 minutes of exercise daily. Young adults and adults should ideally be getting at least 30 minutes of exercise in a 5 day week. Senior adults should aim to be active as much as 30 minutes 5 times weekly otherwise 2 days a week minimum.
